We always work in partnership with you to co-design the best approach for your organisation, with the first step being to thoroughly understand your requirements. To do this, we like to come and see you in person, to spend time within your business, to see what you do, how you do it and to understand what we can do as a training provider to provide the best training plan possible to add value to your business.

We deliver ‘hands-on’ practical training sessions based on real-world scenarios at your premises (if possible), incorporating your existing policies and procedures, embedding your organisation’s values, competencies and working practices with an approach that has great impact and immediate relevance to your own business.

Training will usually take place in small groups (no more than 6 apprentices), to make sure apprentices get more dedicated one-to-one time with our Subject Matter Experts. We also provide every apprentice with personalised 1-2-1 sessions in all our apprenticeship programmes to truly emphasis our passion for individual training plans.

Candidates are obtained through a range of sources. This is to ensure that we can provide a pool of candidates with a range of talents and skills.

We receive applications through The National Apprenticeship Service website, through our own website and various other sources. We also attend selective events that attract talented school leavers. Whilst rewarding our learners to refer their friends, as we often find that successful candidates surround themselves with like-minded individuals who are equally as talented.

For employers looking to employ 2 apprentices or more, we can work with you to host an assessment day on your premises that we run ourselves.

The benefits of assessment days are that they are time efficient and proactive. We can interview, assess, and offer all within one day.

Our candidates are obtained from a variety of sources, then screened with short MS Teams interviews by Keibra. If candidates consent, we will record our screening interview, allowing us to send you an excellent representation of the candidate answering some key questions relevant to the role. This lets you see the candidates’ personality. Which can be hard to understand from a CV.

You can select the candidates that you wish to interview and invite them for a formal interview with your business. If you are happy with the candidate and would like to offer them the role, we will let the candidate know and if they choose to accept.
